It’s not often we get handy software for free. This year we are ensuring we have Hubdoc set up for all of our clients.

Why?

It is a document gathering system. Users take photos with the App, send PDF’s via email or some accounts are linked and import directly from suppliers. Goodbye shoeboxes and massive files of invoices!

Hubdoc uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to analyse your receipts. We train Hubdoc to recognise suppliers and code automatically, as well as automatically synch to Xero ready to match

This saves our clients time, our time and ensures all client documentation is stored nicely in Xero attached to the bank transactions for 7 years. This saves storage space in the shed at home or $$$ on cloud space.
